James A. Sims, Jr., Esq., is a former NCAA All-America in football and in track and field. He was a scholar athlete at Gettysburg College ( Pennsylvania ) where he graduated with a degree in English. He received his law degree from Southwestern University School of law in Los Angeles .
Known in the professional sports management industry as the “agent of change” James Sims is recognized as one of the premier contract negotiators in the National Football League. James has consistently rewarded his clients with top dollar contracts and incentive packages. He has also served as legal counsel for major banks and financial institutions. James has unbridled legal experience in contract negotiations, financial, business and commercial transactions.
James is a member of the California State Bar and is a Certified Contract Advisor for the National Football League Players Association. He is a member of the adjunct faculty of John F. Kennedy University School where he teaches Sports Law. James resides in Oakland , California .

Eric received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Eric has worked in the workman's compensation legal field and in the entertainment business for over ten years. Eric resides in Los Angeles , California .
Originally from Southern California , Kahlil received his Bachelors Degree in Business Management from California State University at San Bernardino . While earning his degree, Kahlil sharpened his client management and relations skills while working in our Los Angeles office, where he participated in many of the “helmets off” marketing opportunities we provide to our clients. Kahlil's background in business and marketing is a valuable asset in assisting our clients to implement their off the field activities. Kahlil is our Director of Business Relations and resides in Oakland .
