Jeremy
Newberry is considered one of the next dominant offensive lineman in the
National Football League. Jeremys playing style is notable for his
incredible physical ability and mental attitude, which led former 49ers
director of player personnel Vinnie Cerrato to use words like "tough"
and "nasty" to describe him. Some television personalities say
that Jeremy is a throwback to the old days and is often compared to twelve
time pro bowler Mike Webster of the Pittsburgh Steelers. At only 22 years
of age Newberrys future is very bright and he should see himself
in the pro bowl for many years to come.
Career:
A former two-time All-American at Cal Berkeley and Outland Award nominee,

to ever come through the 49ers system" by offensive line coach
Bob McKittrick, Jeremy has been given the immense responsibility of protecting
quarterback Steve Youngs blindside in only his second NFL season.
