Oakland Raiders safety Hiram Eugene signed his one-year, $1.759 million restricted free agent tender, the team announced.

Tendered at a second-round level, Eugene had been working out with the team under an injury waiver.

Eugene recorded 28 tackles, one interception and three pass deflections last season in four games...........
